Green and Sustainable concerns are global issues that throughout the urban design( architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture) and real estate development, exspecially in developing countries.
WHAT DO I HAVE?
• Comprehensive professional work experience with over 25 years in Architecture, Planning and Urban Design with my systemic education background.
• 11 years' teaching experience in architecture in university.
• Proficient in a whole series of architecture and structure design system software (APM/ABD), and AutoCAD, Photoshop, Front page, Dream weaver, Fire works, Flash, Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
• Proficient in a Statiscal Tools such as Principal Component Analysis, Corelation Analysis, and Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis such as MAVT, MAUT, AHP ctc.
MY INTERESTS
•Urban Design :Integrated Design (Architecture, Planning, Landscape and Architecture, and Environment) with the ecological system; Data-based urban design with statistical and MCDA Tool.
•Stormwater Management : Sustainable Stormwater Management with utilizing SPC/GI/LID techniques in urban design; Multi-criteria Evaluation of SPC performance based on environmental, economic, and social indicators; the stormwater simulation enhances the environmental benefit of landscape in urban design.
•Real Estate Development :Sustainability of real estate development; Innovation; Advanced technology application; which enables the real estate greener in urban development.
